How to Register :

To shop online do I have to register? :
Yes. You must create an account with Smoochiezz.com in order to make online purchases and/or spree. Registration is easy, fast and free!

Why should I become a registered user? :
Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Smoochiezz promotions, plus the following additional benefits:

1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Does it cost anything to register? :
No. Registration is absolutely FREE!

What if my account information changes? :
Just log-on with your username and password, and follow the instructions to update/edit your account information at any time.

I Forgot My Password :
Please go to "MY ACCOUNT" located at top of page. Above "SIGN IN" please click on "Forgot your password?"
Enter the email address associated with your Smoochiezz account.
An email will be sent to you within 30 minutes to reset the password and give you access to your account.

 

Product:

Product Information :
Most products displayed on the Site are available while stocks last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available at our physical store.

Prices and Currency :
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars. For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank's policy on international purchases.

Out of Stock Items :
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

Colors :
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer :
From time to time, there may be information on Smoochiezz.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

How to Order Online :
From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list. Choose your desired colour and size (if applicable) , then click on 'Add to Cart'. Click here to shop now.

Phone Order :
Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by phone.

Mail Order :
Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by mail.

Order Status :
Login and go to "MY ACCOUNT" located at the top of the page. Your order history will be listed, click on the order # to view the details. 

Modify or Cancel Order :
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Apply Girft Card or Discount Code :
If you want to use a gift card / discount code on an online purchase, you can add it on the same page where you submit payment:

  • Step 1: Enter the gift card / discount code indicated in the image.
  • Step 2: Click "Apply".
  • Step 3: Check the total is correct.
    • Discount code is applicable for regular priced item only.
    • Gift code and discount code is stack able, unless stated.
  • Step 4: Select your preferred payment method and click "Complete Order" to place your order.

Shipping:

Domestic Shipping Options :

Normal Postage

  • Usually arrives within 3-7 business days.
  • Not trackable by us, we are not to be held responsible for lost mail via Normal Postage. We will, however, ensure that your item(s) is packed safely and securely and sent out on time.

Registered Postage

  • Usually arrives within 3-7 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the status of your parcel here on the Singpost website with the provided tracking number.

Self Collection

  • There will be no charge for self collection of your items at our physical store during the stipulated opening hours ( Monday to Fridays :10am-7pm , Saturday and Sunday : 10am-6pm )
  • We are located at 41 Toh Guan Road East, ADL Building, #08-03, Singapore 608605

 

International Shipping

Registered Air Mail

  • Delivery duration varies depending on shipping address. Usually delivered within 7~14 business days. 
  • Shipping Fee will be charged accordingly by total estimated weight and country. 
  • A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the status of your parcel here on the Singpost website with the provided tracking number.

Delivery Time Estimate
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

  • The cut off time for each order to be processed is 10am daily on weekdays. Further orders will be processed on the next working day. 
  • The method of delivery chosen (please refer to Shipping Options of estimate shipping time)
  • Payment authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

Parcel Status
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
Smoochiezz ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect GST, VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

    • After completion of payment, please reply to the confirmation email with your reference # and payment date correctly for verification. All payments will be verified within 2 working days.

*In the event no payment has been received within 12 calendar daysafter you submitted your order, your purchase will be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges:

Thank you for shopping at Smoochiezz.com! The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.smoochiezz.com.

  • All items marked cannot be exchanged nor refunded due to the nature of product.
  • Exchange can only be made if the item is found to be defective.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via Paypal, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@smoochiezz.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@smoochiezz.com and send your item to: 41 Toh Guan Road East ADL Building 08-03 Singapore 608605.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
